100% Vitex (Vitex agnus-castus)

Crush 1 teaspoon in a mortar and add it into 1 boiled glass with chlorine-free water (150-200mL) and boil (3 minutes) on low heat with lid. While it is hot, strain and separate the herb. Consume 1 glass twice a day on an empty stomach half an hour before breakfast and dinner. Recommended to continue until package is completely used.
