100% Shepherd's purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris)
Introduction of Use
Preparation Method 1 : Internal use
Add 1 dessertspoon into 1 boiled glass with chlorine-free water (150-200mL) and boil (for 6 minutes) on low heat with lid. While it is hot, strain and separate the herb. Drink warm 1x per day, 2 hours after a meal.
Preparation Method 2 : External use
Add 5 tablespoons into 3 L boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes and let it rust for 1-2 minutes. Strain the herb and sit on the water. This process could be repeated for max. 3 times a week.
It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
For herbal teas that are consumed half an hour before or after eating, it is recommended to consume only water after half an hour.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
Attention should be paid to the instructions for use of the mentioned plant. Keep the package on a cool and dry place.
