Introduction of Use
1 tablespoon on an empty stomach once a day. It is recommended to be consumed with cold foods.
Dosage for Use:
It is not recommend for children under 1 year.
1 teaspoon daily, 1-3 years old
1 dessert spoon daily for 3-5 years old
1 tablespoon daily for ages 5 and above.
Since our product is a cold press production, it is recommended to be consumed within 60 days after opening since it is not chemically and heat treated. However, this period depends entirely on the usage and storage conditions of the consumer. For this reason, it will not be very accurate to give an exact date regarding usage periods.
