Introduction of Use
Respiratory care: For daily use it is sufficient to apply a small amount in the center of the nostrils (it is not recommended to apply to the chest and back at the same time. It should be applied to the chest or back only).

Muscles and joints: Massage locally on the painful muscles and joints.
It can be used for spring allergies, general allergies and itching in the nose.
It is not recommended for children under 2 years as there is a high amounts of essential oils in the product. It can be used in small amounts for children over 2 years old.
Expiry time after opening: 6 months
