100% Liquorice(Glycyrrhiza glabra)

Add 1 dessertspoon of herb into 1 boiled glass with chlorine-free water (150-200mL) and boil (5 minutes) on low heat with lid. While it is hot, strain and seperate the herb. Consume 2x per day, 2 hours after breakfast and dinner. Recommended to consume for a period of 21 days and have break of 1 week. After this week continue if desired.

Consumption should not be made a habit.
For external use, the above-described preparation can be used and applied with a cotton pad on the relevant areas.
For herbal teas that are consumed half an hour before or after eating, it is recommended to consume only water after half an hour.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
Keep the package on a cool and dry place.
Attention should be paid to the instructions for use of the mentioned herb and do not exceed the doses.
