100% Lemon balm, Plantain leaves, Jasmine

Add 1 dessertspoon into 1 glasses of boiled chlorine-free water (150-200mL) and boil (7 minutes) on low heat with lid. While it is hot, strain and separate the herb. Consume 2x per day on a empty stomach, half hour before breakfast and dinner. Recommended to continue until package is completely used.

It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
For herbal teas that are consumed half an hour before or after eating, it is recommended to consume only water after half an hour.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
Keep the package on a cool and dry place.
