1 tablespoon on an empty stomach once a day. If you have difficulty in direct use you can consume it by adding it to your salads.

Dosage for Use:
It is not recommended for children under 1 year.
Child 1-3 years old: 1 teaspoon daily
Child 3-5 years old: 1 dessert spoon daily
Child 5 years and above: 1 tablespoon daily

Since our product is a cold press production, it is recommended to be consumed within 60 days after opening since it is not chemically and heat treated. However, this period depends entirely on the usage and storage conditions of the consumer. For this reason, it will not be very accurate to give an exact date regarding usage periods. If it is kept in a cool place away from heat and light and it is kept closed completely, the period may be 4-6 months and 1 year depending on the product type.
