Ingredients
100% Cinnamom (Cinnamomum Verum sp.)
Introduction of Use
Add 1 piece into 1 boiled glass with chlorine-free water (150-200mL) and boil (5 minutes) on low heat with lid. While it is hot, strain and seperate the herb. Consume 1x a day, 15 minutes before dinner. It is recommended to not consume more than 2 glasses a day. Recommended to use for a maximum of 1 month.
It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
For herbal teas that are consumed half an hour before or after eating, it is recommended to consume only water after half an hour.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
Keep the package on a cool and dry place.
