The pollen collected by the bees is collected by means of a special trap at the entrance of the hive. The pollen particles falling by being attached to this trap are then subjected to a short-term controlled heating process for the purpose of evaporating the moisture inside. The extracted pollen is then packaged.

1 hour after breakfast, 1 teaspoon of heaping (full) pollen is swallowed with 1-2 sips of water.

You can mix it with honey if you wish. 1 tablespoon with 1 teaspoon (full) pollen
Mix a spoon with heaping (full) honey and swallow with a few sips of water.
